Workload
Work left on each designer's open zones, spread over the working days until production needs each one, divided by the days they're available. Remaining work = the zone's planned design days (Duration, capped at 20) × how much is left at its phase — Not started 80%, Designing 60%, Mark-ups back 30%, Approved/IFC 15%, With client 10% — or 1 − % Complete once that's filled in. Work that is late or due very soon is spread over the next two working weeks. Over 100% means more work than days before the deadlines.
Released per week
From the Work Order sheet: each work order counts in the week it was created, against its Designer — FRAMECAD metres (F_Production Meters), purlin weight (P_Total Weight) and structural steel weight (Total Weight). Re-work orders are included; hover a week to see how much was re-work. "Avg / wk" leaves out this week, which isn't finished.
Leave calendar
Designers' leave from the Microkeeper calendar (change it in Microkeeper), company closures (the site is shut, so they apply to every team member), any leave added here, and NSW public holidays. Leave and closures come off the workload capacity; a part day counts as half.

Planned design days per week (program dates)
Each working day inside a zone's planned Start–Finish counts as one day. More than 5 in a week is outlined. Zones whose finish date has passed don't show here — see "Finish date passed" below.
Zones
Click a zone to edit it — changes go straight into the Austruss Program. Tick zones to change several at once. "Production needs it" is the zone's first Installation / Supply Only start minus 14 days (the sheet's Required Release For Production Date). Days are working days.
